system oceniania i przyznawania punktów mieszkańcom. W świecie Horusa każdy obywatel sprowadza się do danych i statystyk oraz ogólnej oceny przydatności społecznej. Jeżeli
według systemu nie jesteś “dobrym” obywatelem to nie należy Ci się możliwość skorzystania np. z urlopu w pracy, wzięcia kredytu albo skazany jesteś na mieszkanie w gorszych
dzielnicach.
