Within a span of 12/13 years "BAWARCHI" Has neither established its name, but also solicited Trust & Frame with targeted Dedication& Determination, in achieving the Goal to serve Best Quality Foods at moderate prices affordable by all classes & generations of Food – Lovers. "BAWARCHI" Is incorporated in HINDUSTHAN CONCERN, one of whose prime undertaking is "HINDUSTHAN SWEETS", who created a Revolution in hygienic Sweetmeat Industry in West Bengal as well as Eastern India under the leadership of Sri Rabindranath Kumar Paul. Undoubtedly Sweets are the most Relishing Dishes at the close of any Ceremonial Menus with utmost satisfactions. To turn off next generation Mr. Rajib Kumar Paul, the most enthusiastic Successor of Sri Rabin, Paul tried to make a change in traditional food business and thought of Fast Foods & Restaurant foods presentation to be liked by all classes and all aged customers to be taken as usual and at all occasions & functions. Accordingly the young enterprising Rajib Paul, started fulfilling his dreams with New thoughts & ideas having full confidence & determination, who believes, that, secret-success always based on D-4 Formula i.e., “Dedication, Determination, Discipline & Devotion”. Initially, hestarted with various Fast Food Items in the banner of "BAWARCHI" in a small room-shop at Jadavpur CIT Market Complex,Central Road, Kolkata – 32, to meet up the Demands of young generation’s choices of Jadavpur University students and others passers by almost on Birth” BAWARCHI” created a Revolution on Roll varieties viz., Roll No 1,Y2K Roll, Roll Pentagon, Millinium Rolls etc., apart from usual Egg, Chicken, Veg, Paneer, Egg Chicken, Mutton, Egg Paneer, Tikka & Kebab Rolls. which had achieved an Exposure in Daily Hindusthan Times in title of "ROLL REVOLUTION IN CALCUTTA". Days after Days when "BAWARCHI" Fast Food Joint started running smoothly & satisfactorily, Mr. Rajib Paul planned to start-on a Restaurant, where the customers can enjoy their Foods with utmost relaxation and almost at-once made a shape on his planning’s on demand of Customers. Within 2 years Thus "BAWARCHI" opened their first AC Restaurant on upstairs of Jadavpur CIT Market Complex in serving Indian, Chinese, Tandoor and Biriyani at most competitive prices, which had achieved a huge fame and thus “BAWARCHI” started a race in food – industry. Side by Side, with-in short while one after another “BAWARCHI” Fast Food joints came up in up in and around South Kolkata followsby Netajinagar, Santoshpur, Ajoynagar, Golpark Gariahat, Baishnabghata Patuli, Baghajatin, Saltlake, Sealdah and many other areas.Gradually customer’s demand compelled the authority to look for more sufficient areas for Bawarchi Restaurant which the first and earlier one failed to meet up and hense after 8 years “BAWARCHI” shifted at 58/1, Central Road Jadavpur adjacent to 8b Bus Terminal which is presently famed as “BAWARCHI HOUSE”, where lot – many customers can enjoy the fooding – ambience in a cool pleasant environment with soft music & light along with Banquet Hall. “BAWARCHI” has also got 3 nos. Fast Food Points at AGARTALA, TRIPURA with an attractive big Restaurant."
