Museums Altovicentino is a cultural project for the promotion of museums and collections located in a vast and varied in the province of Vicenza.
A territory that is told through its museums. The idea behind the project that since 2001 brings together 15 municipalities between the Agno Valley and the Brenta Canal,
including the Leogra Valley, the foothills of the High Vicenza, the Plateau Tonezza and part of that of 7 municipalities.
Museums Altovicentino includes museums structured and actually smaller, but no less important, including collections, sites, historical and botanical gardens, visitor centers
and environmental education. In some cases are the result of the work of research and collection of volunteers and individuals from the local community, which is still dealing
with the management of institutions and of the activities proposed.
Museums Altovicentino enhances the landscape, as a fundamental resource, making discovering the natural wealth of unspoilt hilly and mountainous areas.
