Planned an event and want to know who can make it? Send RSVP invitations to your friends and family.
BROADCASTS
Planning an event with a limited number of available spaces? Share a Broadcast to find out who’s interested and then pick who you want to attend.
POLLS
Having difficulty scheduling when to meet? Create a date poll to let your guests vote on when is best for them.
FEATURES
• Integrates directly with a calendar of your choice, so there’s no need to worry about multiple calendars. If you like, the app will even tell you if you are busy when
you receive new event details from your friends and family.
• Multi-platform, so as long your friends and family have a smart phone, they can respond to your events even if they don’t have the app installed. If they don’t have the
app, the app sends an SMS with a no-frills web-link so they can respond.
• Supports Groups, quickly and easily create groups so you can send event details to a friends you regularly meet up with.
• Set alerts, so you can customise when to remind your friends and family about an event you have sent to them.
• Allows repeating events, if you plan to meet regularly, set a repeating event so you don’t need to constantly send out the same details.
• Built in calendar viewer, for your convenience

• Offline capabilities, so after you receive some new event details, if you aren’t online, Zapplan saves details so you can view them at your convenience
