Android says: "The clipboard holds only one clip object at a time. When an application puts a clip object on the clipboard, the previous clip object disappears."
If you're seeing multiple clips or the clip history, it means something like soft keyboard app stores them. In this case, this app is incompetent.
Check and clean your clipboard using service, widget, shortcut, and quick setting tile.
