If you have a dynamic address IP but you need to be static. If you don't want to have a PC working with a heavy client running all day. This program will detect when your ISP
has change your address and them update it in a free web site (www.no-ip.com). So your domain registered will be allways updated.

For example, very usefull if you have a tablet at home, it can be in standby mode with no power comsumption it will update your domain and you will be able to access to your
tablet or any device of your house as IP-CAM from anywhere.
