After operating under the name "PS by Kiseliova" for two years, the project acquired a new name and platform - a mobile app.
In the app you will find the following functionalities:
* Questionnaire designed to determine the most suitable sports and nutrition programs for you.
* A sports program consisting of sports exercises described in Lithuanian, filmed and voiced.
* A nutrition plan consisting of delicious, healthy and easy-to-prepare recipes.
* A link to a chat where you are part of our amazing Project Me community.
* Customer service functionality - our project management team will help you every step of the way.
* Educational material - articles and seminars on sports, nutrition, psychology and other topics, created by our team of specialists.
