The present background information publication contains the text of the Criminal Code of 15 July 2011. Criminal law - a system of regulations adopted by the competent
public authorities, including norms governing the relations connected with the establishment of the grounds of criminal responsibility and liberation from it, the
definition of criminal acts and other relations included in the subject of regulation of criminal law. Criminal Law by modern scholars, it is generally recognized form of
expression of the criminal law, derived from the will of society and the justice of the people, not imposed upon him from outside. Criminal law can exist in the form of a
single systematic (codified) legal code (the Code), and in the form of individual acts that contain specific criminal law.
