A simple phone book. Allows you to create groups in an arbitrary hierarchy and place contacts in them.
If you have a fairly large list of contacts, it can be difficult to find the right one in the general list or even in the peer-to-peer list of groups.
It's another matter if you organize the list in a hierarchy similar to the structure of files in folders, as in a regular PC. For example, in the structure “Job” -> “Firm A”
